Puppet Theater

Every time my niece comes over to play, she makes us drape a blanket between the couches so the kids can put on a puppet show.  I knew for Christmas that I needed to make her a puppet theater.  I was originally going to make her one of those theaters that hang in a doorway, but then I saw this pvc pipe theater on She Wears Flowers and changed my mind.  I love that you can take it apart and put it away.

Here is mine!  My kids have loved testing it out.
I also made a matching bag to keep all the parts in when you put it away.
And since this is a gift, I made a rough diagram of it to print and put in the bag.  You can get the PDF here.

Hope everyone has a great Christmas!

Aprons

For Christmas this year, I wanted to make my mom and sisters some cute aprons.  After searching around a bit, I came across a free pattern for this apron on Sewing in No Mans Land.  It was actually a lot easier then I thought it would be.

Here is the first one that I made.
Then I made a few in different colors.

I made them all using a linen fabric, which I loved working with.  Now I just need to find the time to make one for myself!
